All members of our community would agree that allied health professionals are a vital part of our healthcare system. Tonight, I place on the record my congratulations to Tia Croft, who has been named Liverpool Hospital's 2025 Allied Health Leader of the Year. Tia has served our community for decades through her work in the South Western Sydney Local Health District and now leads as both the Discipline Director of Speech Pathology and Head of Department at Liverpool Hospital. Tia is a shining example of leadership in Allied Health. Her dedication to patient-centred care, her ability to empower others, and her drive for innovation have set a benchmark across the district. Under her leadership, teams are inspired to provide compassionate, high-quality care that truly reflects the values of our health system. Furthermore, her reach as a respected leader extends through the speech pathology community in NSW. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others embody the very best of Allied Health leadership. Congratulations, Tia, on this phenomenal and well-deserved recognition.
